I believe in passion and creativity when it comes to my working life. Growing up my mum was a teacher of Holistic Therapy and an Acupunturist, so from an early age I understood the benefits of Holistic treatments and not only how it can effect you physically but mentally as well.  I trained in dance at a young age and at the age of 30 decided to change my career to beauty therapy. From dance I knew the benefits of massage and also how beauty can be an integral part of peoples lives.

 

I wanted to bring my passion for therapies into my life and re-trained in beauty and holistic therapy NVQ3 at the Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistics. I have done private courses with Bamfords of Daylesford Farms for Holistic Massage and Oskia London for facials. Both these companies are represented in prestigious spas in London. I also work for Spa 6 at the four pillars 4* hotel in the Cotswolds with beauty and holistics in Decleor.

 

With massage having been around for centuries the power of touch is such a powerful thing that I do believe it is not only a means to cure an aching body but can heal you mind, body and soul.

We should all be looking to now work on ourselves inside and out, with all the stress in life we should look to find ways to calm and de-stress ourselves naturally.
